6 states sue USPS saying changes have harmed ability to conduct 'free and fair elections'



Six states and the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit Friday against new Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and the United States Postal Service alleging new "unlawful" mail policy changes have affected their ability to conduct "free and fair elections."
